Improved EventHookContainer ...
Made some changes to EventHookContainer.onWorldLoad() to remove
redundant code that encouraged bugs. Unfortunately, a lot of
link-related code needs to be rewritten to get rid of bugs, so that'll
come after dungeon packs are completed.
