The DD data for dim_5 at ./world/DimensionalDoors/data/dim_5.txt is corrupted. Said to report it here. There doesn't happen to be a way to fix it does there?
Here's the crash report in case it helps. Never posted anything on github so not sure what info you need.

what happens if you simply delete the file? (make a backup of everything just in case)

The official developers seem to be on a very long vacation though.

Try porting the save files of your server to a local PC an run it in single player to see what happens. Dedicated servers have quirks of their own with some mods.
