There had been some sporadic mentions of this issue. Moreover, I had experienced it myself, but figured it was a fluke. While testing other changes, I've gone through dungeons and confirmed that Monoliths are somehow seeing players through walls. It's not all of them, and it's not common, but sometimes there will be one Monolith who can see you as you teleport into a room. The bug seems to go away if you start moving, and Monoliths don't aggro again if I stand in the same spot. However, if I teleport into the room again, it happens. I've reproduced it consistently in a room. There was speculation that this was related to rays getting through dungeon corners and other magical things, but I've seen it happen through flat solid surfaces. We'll definitely need to fix this because it's unfair to players.
